This cooking knife is perfect for chopping up those veges! Hand forged from alloy steel it is a differentially tempered blade which is hard on the edge and soft in the back. It features a hollow grind on one side and is completely flat on the other, which makes it have a razor sharp edge. It has a walnut handle and the blade is 4.75" long.  THIS IS A RIGHT HANDED KNIFE.
 
A silicone cutting board is suggested because of the fine edge. Plastic or wood are okay. Never use a glass cutting board!
